CBA (Certified By Alxve) is a personal certification given by Solvra's founder. It represents the highest level of individual trust — beyond any automated rank. CBA members have been personally vetted and endorsed. There is no application form. It is a recognition of sustained integrity, reliability, and loyalty within the community.
