What a Middleman Does
A Middleman guides the agreed trade steps and keeps the official ticket organized.
They confirm the parties, deal, fee state, evidence, and completion outcome required by the live workflow.
They do not gain authority outside the current role, official ticket, and approved Solvra process.
When to Use a Middleman
Use one when the public ticket panel offers a Middleman trade flow for your transaction.
Use support instead when you need help but are not ready to open a trade.
Use the restriction specific route when normal member access is unavailable.
Verify Before You Trade
Open the official Staff directory and match the current Discord identity and role.
Confirm that the conversation remains inside the official ticket created from the public panel.
Stop when a display name, role, raw identity, or route does not match.
Middleman Boundaries
Never share account credentials, recovery codes, tokens, or unrelated personal information.
Do not move the agreement into direct messages to make the process faster.
Use official support when a Middleman instruction appears unsafe or conflicts with the recorded agreement.
