What the Directory Must Show
The directory should resolve every active Staff member from the canonical roster.
Public verification needs the current rank, region, profile route, and copyable raw Discord identity.
Epic Games identity appears only when the approved public roster provides it.
Three Step Verification
Open the official directory from a known Solvra route.
Match the raw Discord identity and current role to the person in the ticket.
Confirm that all transaction instructions remain inside the official ticket.
When Something Does Not Match
Stop the transaction without sending additional items, money, or account information.
Capture the relevant identity and message evidence.
Open official support and describe the mismatch privately.
